Effects of 'VIEW' on group performance

This study investigated the effects of group training in problem-solving style (using VIEW) on future problem-solving performance. The results suggest that problem-solving performance by team members can be improved through direct instruction in problem-solving style using VIEW, particularly when there is a focus on group dynamics.
